Ok WOW! Who knew that I'd be doing like 9 different things on one day!
First of all, California was AWESOME! (Lax....interesting airport. Interesting people in the airport.) I have never had so much fun people watching on the 10. Barrel of chuckles I tell ya. The traffic......whoa. What I think is rush hour...is clear sailing. Totally glad no one made me drive ANYWHERE! I'm not that aggressive! I mean....I'm sure I could be...but anyways.
Second, The West Coast is SO different from the East Coast. There are so many differences, bt some of then are just the land scape. Where N.Y. and PA have rolling hills, CA has Mountains...and flat. And the Palm Trees, and the color of the grass. How things light up in the morning. SO DIFFERENT! But they are only 2,000 miles away from each other! God has MAJOR creative juices!
I did learn a new meaning to the word Coffee. Coffee = life. =)
I tried a whole slew of new food! One being Korean BBQ. Yeah, that was good till I had an asthma attack. Then the good and the fun went WAY downhill. I did have this Tofu soup. That was just plain weird. I also Tried Durian. Google it. It.Was.....not my favorite food. I'm very proud of myself for trying it, but once is enough. Another thing was I don't think I have ever drank so much water outside of Colorado. I was SO thirsty! And like...if I didn't drink enough water, HOLY HEADACHE BATMAN!
One of the churches we went to had a worship band totally made up of teens. They.Were.Awesome! For being under the age of 18, they knew what they were doing and could lead worship! I was a little impressed. Ok, A LOT impressed!
After learning Photoshop in about a week, my whole perspective on ads in magizenes have totally changed! My roomate and I flew out to California sitting next to each other, and we were pointing out all the mistakes and stuff! I have found a new hobby. =) Ok, not really. I don't have time to be someone elses graphic designer. So, they can have really badly photoshoped ads running. I'll just point and laugh.
So I'm reviewing this book called: "Touched By A Vampire: Discovering The Hidded Messages In The Twilight Series" by: Beth Felker Jones. So far....I'm pretty impressed. She talks about the absolute obsession that Bella has for Edward. And its interesting to see the "Christian" perspective on these books. So all Ya'll....go read it. =) That was my plug.
I haven't been watching Chuck. I think I might have to go Hulu it now.
I have to pimp out my blog. It looks kinda lame right now. Yeah. I know what I'm gonna do right now.
